On June 8, Professor Krzysztof Matyjaszewski, a member of the U.S. National Academy of Sciences and the U.S. National Academy of Engineering, a foreign member of the Polish Academy of Sciences, the J. C. Warner Professor at Carnegie Mellon University, and a distinguished polymer chemist, visited Beijing University of Chemical Technology (BUCT). He delivered a keynote lecture entitled "Macromolecular Engineering by Atom Transfer Radical Polymerization" at the Science Hall on the Chaoyang Campus. The Master Forum lecture was chaired by Professor Qin Xuan of the College of Materials Science and Engineering.
