The project High-Temperature Resistant and High-Safety Polyimide Lithium-Ion Battery Separators led by Professor Qisheng Li’s team from our school has been awarded the Outstanding Prize in the 2025 National Disruptive Technology Innovation Competition. Organized by the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei National Center for Technological Innovation, the competition attracted over 2,200 projects from 120 cities across China. Through preliminary rounds, semifinals, finals, roadshow presentations, and expert reviews, the event ultimately presented awards in three tiers, with the top honor being the Grand Prize (10 winners), followed by the Excellence Award (20 winners), and the Outstanding Prize (65 winners).
