1.Overview of scientific research situation:

Dr. Jiayao Chen is an associate Professor in the College of Materials Science and Engineering, Beijing University of Chemical Technology. She has filed three US patents and published 1 book chapter and more than 20 journal papers in top materials journals, including Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, Advanced Science, Additive Manufacturing, etc. Her research interests focus on design of functional elastomers and hydrogels, as well as additive manufacturing of polymers and composites. She serves Advisory Board of RSC Applied Polymers.
